Challenge the Stats and Concerts @ First present “Sounds of Sanctuary: A CTS Evening of Song and Storytelling” on March 8, 2025. This unforgettable concert celebrates the stories and imagery of “home” through the lens of Black, Indigenous, and Immigrant communities. The evening promises to inspire and uplift with moving performances by internationally acclaimed artists, brilliant instrumentalists, and the vibrant CTS Community Choir, directed by Verena Lucía Anders. Experience captivating music that explores the warmth of familiar cultural traditions, the challenges of displacement, and tangible actions for the audience to incorporate acts of social justice into their daily lives. Concert partners include the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s Talent Development Program and Concerts @ First.
